Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Late Appointment Policy

For our providers to best care for everyone we ask that patients to be on time for their appointment. If unable to check-in at your given check-in time, we ask that you call our office as soon as possible to notify us you are running late. While we will make every concerted effort to see patients who are running late, the final decision is at the discretion of the treating provider as to whether they will be able to see the patient. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment for a different day.

After Hours

Please call the Alomere Health Emergency Room at (320) 762-6480. One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day and their answering service always knows how to reach us after hours and on weekends.

Prescriptions

If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact us with the appropriate information. If you require a prescription change or have other questions regarding medication, call during regular office hours and our nursing staff will assist you. Prescriptions will not be phoned-in after hours. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
