Andrea Allyn, M.B.A., L.A.T.
Andrea is a native of Alexandria and originally began her career in Athletic Training during a mentorship with Dr. Brand and Alexandria Orthopedics while also shadowing in the Jefferson High School athletic training room. She received her degree in Athletic Training from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2006. She completed her Masters in Business Administration in Health Care from the University of St Thomas in 2012. Andrea joined Heartland Orthopedic Specialists as a Certified Athletic Trainer in June of 2006.
Paul Westerberg, M.A., L.A.T.
Paul Westerberg graduated cum laude in 1999 from St. Cloud State University after which he obtained his board certification as an athletic trainer (A.T.C.). He provided athletic training services consisting of injury evaluation, rehabilitation, prevention, and emergent field care. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha earning a Master’s degree in Health Education. After graduation, he worked at an Occupational Health Clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Rich Hardy, Ed.D., L.A.T.
Rich Hardy graduated in 1997 from Northern State University after which he obtained his board certification as an athletic trainer (A.T.C.). He provided athletic training services consisting of injury evaluation, rehabilitation, prevention, and emergent field care. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney earning a Master of Arts degree in Exercise Science. After graduation, he provided athletic training services at Osseo high school before he moved to west central Minnesota.
Mike Doyle, M.B.A., L.A.T., B.C.S.-O.
Mike has been the Administrative Director of Heartland Orthopedic Specialists since 2008 and part of the Senior Leadership Team at Alomere Health. Prior to that he started the athletic training program in Alexandria in 1994 and helped grow the program with a lot of help from athletic trainers and physicians to more than 17 athletic trainers and over a dozen schools and organizations.

Drew Paradis, P.T., D.P.T.
Drew graduated from Alexandria High School in 2009. He attended the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities where he graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. While attending the U of M, Drew ran Cross Country and Track for the Gophers. In the Spring of 2016, Drew received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN. He enjoys running, waterskiing, sports, camping, and spending time with his wife, Nikki, and family.
Brandon Strouth, P.T., D.P.T.
Brandon is a native of Alexandria graduating in the class of 2002. After graduating high school he played college football for the University of North Dakota. At UND, he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He enjoys spending time on the lakes during the Summer with his family, coaching football, golfing, snowboarding and playing most other recreational sports.

David "Chase" Feivor, P.A.-C.
I am a physician assistant working in neurosurgery and orthopedics who has been practicing since 2010. I assist in the operating room as well as see patients in the clinic, and enjoy helping patients return to their normal activities after having dealt with acute and chronic injuries. I believe that educating patients on their current condition and options moving forward is important to help with patient decision-making.
