All PEAK Performance programs are designed to provide student-athletes of all ages and levels with enhanced movement skills, increased speed, functional strength, balance, rotary core power and an anaerobic energy system, which directly transfer to individual skills and game tactics. Program specialization and complexity are adjusted to accommodate age and skill level as each athlete develops.

“Since moving to the Sports Complex last fall, we have continued to expand our programs and grow at this tremendous new facility,” says Andrea Allyn, Clinic and Sports Medicine Director at Heartland Orthopedic Specialists. “We are excited for the upcoming spring and summer sessions, and we look forward to working with athletes throughout the region and contributing to their health and development for years to come.”
