2022 Summer Group PEAK Programs

Our Summer PEAK Programs will include injury prevention exercises, age-appropriate strengthening as well as, power speed and agility training. The program will be geared toward summer and fall sports and will be customized based on athletes attending.

Summer PEAK 1 - June 13, 2022 – July 1, 2022
Summer PEAK 2 - July 11, 2022 – July 29, 2022
Summer PEAK 3 - August 1, 2022 – August 19, 2022

Girls (11 – 14 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
Boys (11 – 14 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Girls (8 – 10 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Boys (8 – 10 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Girls of all ages Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Boys of all ages Mondays & Wednesdays 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Cost is $55 per person, per three-week module or $150 upfront for all three modules
The number of participants is 5 – 12

Individual treadmill skating and strength and condition sessions are also available by appointment.
