2022 Spring Group PEAK Programs

Our Spring PEAK 1 Programs will include injury prevention exercises, weightlifting, strengthening, power and speed training, agility and stability training, and stick handling and shooting drills. The training will be geared toward hockey training, but it will also be beneficial for spring and summer sports.

Spring PEAK 1 - February 28, 2022 – April 1, 2022

Girls (12 – 15 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.
Boys (12 – 15 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.

Cost is $20 per session or $165 for the 5-week session (10 sessions)

Minimum requirement of 4 participants per session; sessions will cap out at 12 participants.
Additional sessions may be added based on registration numbers.

Our Spring PEAK 2 Programs will include injury prevention exercises, weightlifting, strengthening, power and speed training, agility as well as stability training. The training will be geared toward spring and summer sports and may be customized based on which athletes register.

Spring PEAK 2 - April 18, 2022 – May 20, 2022

Girls (12 – 15 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.
Boys (12 – 15 years old) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.

Cost is $20 per session or $165 for the 5-week session (10 sessions)

Additional sessions may be added based on registration numbers.

Individual treadmill skating and strength and condition sessions are also available by appointment.
