2021 Spring Group PEAK Programs

Our Spring PEAK Programs will include injury prevention exercises, weightlifting, strengthening, power and speed training, agility and stability training, and stick handling and shooting drills. The training will be geared toward hockey training, but it will also be beneficial for spring and summer sports.

Schedule – Running March 29, 2021 – May 7, 2021

Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. – U12
Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. – Pee Wee (White & Grey)

Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. – Bantam
Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. – U15
Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. – Pee Wee (A & B)

Cost is $17 per session or $75 for the 6-week session (6 sessions)

Minimum requirement of 4 participants per session; sessions will cap out at 12 participants.
Additional sessions may be added based on registration numbers.
