Insurance/Billing

We accept most major insurance carriers and workers’ compensation.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

After Hours

Please call the Douglas County Hospital Emergency Room at (320) 762-6480. One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day and their answering service always knows how to reach us after hours and on weekends.

Prescriptions

If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact us with the appropriate information. If you require a prescription change or have other questions regarding medication, call during regular office hours and our nursing staff will assist you. Prescriptions will not be phoned-in after hours. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
