November 21, 2022 I had my hip replaced by Dr. Dennis Weigel. Recovery was very simple. I was walking within an hour to an hour and a half after recovery and was ready to go home the night of the surgery. However, due to the weather, we stayed one extra night and went home the following morning.

The recovery was very simple compared to others I have talked to who had knee replacements. Two and a half years later, I am still feeling great, and every checkup I have had has gone well. I highly recommend having this done if you are dealing with a bad hip. It has been a great improvement.
